Paris-based presentation designer Emiland DeCubber offers an improvement to the NSA’s “hideous” presentation of its PRISM surveillance program.
The confusing ugliness of the original slide deck does raise the question whether the NSA is as sloppy in its thinking and its procedures as it is in its graphic presentation.
